Avoid. I was emailed about an interview, I explained I did not live in the city they were hiring and could we do a telephone interview, I was told yes just to be cancelled on the night before. We exchanged emails again where I was asked to come in person instead, to which I traveled 4 hours for the GM not to be working that day and no one who was working knew I was coming in. I then received an automated email a few days later saying that my application was no longer being considered. No apology or anything.
