The process took 3 months. I applied online and got contacted by HR 1.5 months later. Hiring manager and panel interviews within another 1.5 months. Average interview questions and more conversational. The only issue was no response from HR until you figured out they moved forward with other candidates. If you are not from nonprofit organizations , you should ask how open they are to selecting candidates from different industries.
