The process was slow and illogical. First an email from HR asking to do an assessment (typical personality test + reasoning tests; pretty simple). Once completed you get a report, and if they like what they see, they move to next round, which is a talk with the hiring manager(s). That went ok, then they invite you to a general HR interview talking about situational actions/reactions (should be before the hiring manager interview). Passed all, then they called me to invite me to the final round, which is a case in Veldhoven. Before that, the HR asked about salary expectations, without wanting to give me their salary range for the role (red flag). Once i gave them my salary expectation, which is within market value for the role, they ghosted me without giving me any reason, nor responding to my follow-up emails... I do not recommend applying to this company. They are slow, outdated, and disrespectful. No wonder that the position has been open for months. Save your energy for employers that care.
