Je start met een telefoon screening. Het was een gesprek om te zien of je past in de team, je competenties en wat je drijft om te presteren. Daarna volgt een afspraak voor gesprek op kantoor. Gesprek gaat over bedrijf, persoonlijkheid en competenties.

The HR department contacted me, and we had an interview. It went fine, but in the end, I was rejected because the US control Policy doesn't allow certain nationalities to work in that position. It's very disappointing and a waste of time. You don't need an interview to figure that out isn't it?

General interview process, more focused on me and who i am and not technical at all. Interviewers and human resources where helpfull and chill. Always had feedbeck in less than 2 weeks. Overall, pleasent experience.

Easy going, observing the best possibilities for candidate and company. Interviews are made with managers and leaders/ colleagues. The feedback is very open and quick.
