The main focus of the hiring and interview process is on your character, your way of handling situations (especially conflict or educational) and how you fit within the department you're applying to. Entrevista
The interviewing proces takes a lot of time and is build up out of multiple rounds. The total proces lasted about 2 months. You start by sending your CV and cover letter, after this you do a video recording interview where you anwser basic questions, After this you will need to make a test. You will get an interview and during this you will talk about your test results

There were no problems with the interview process itself. However, when I got rejected, I didn’t receive any email or any notification. I was just ghosted. They told me that I would receive a response from the within a week on whether I was accepted or rejected, however after a whole month, I did not receive any word.
