In total 4 managers/ senior level were attend the interview, each round 2:1.
Interviewers are nice and easy to talk to, the questions are not tough, I have a gap year which has been brought up by each of my interviews at other companies no matter how big/ small scale the company is, which is also considered as one of the hardest question for me, but to my surprise ASML didn’t ask this question, the interview makes me feel positive, like a coffee chat with senior alumni, they try to focusing on what you could bring to the team rather than challenging you and humiliating you.
I would recommend interviewees review previous work experiences and pick several exciting cases as examples to talk through, in order to show your personality and working style at work. For the complicated cases I prefer to follow STAR logic ( Situation-Tasks-Action-Result) for making it clearer and simpler.
My last tip, is to be true and be yourself, if the chemistry is right over there, you could feel it.
