The process started with a ~30-minute phone interview with an optical engineer. He briefly introduced the company and team, then asked about my background, education, and several projects I’ve worked on. We talked about my experience in optical design, simulation and fabrication, and he asked which locations and teams I was interested in. At the end he explained which optical engineer positions might fit my profile, the timeline for feedback, and the possible next steps in the interview process.

Send CV through ASML workspace and when accepted i was invited to come to ASML where we have a little chat about the job. I did my internship there so it was less formal compared to other talks

After 4 rounds of interview ( 2 phone and 2 video), I was invited to ASML Wilton. I was informed of a optical engineer position and then after reaching there, they interviewed for mechatronic engineer !!!!!! I had to wait for an hour because the interview panel went for lunch
