Recruiter found my profile online, contacted me with the job description. I asked if they had more senior positions. They responded positively and arranged an interview call. In an interview, they asked the most general questions like: "Why do you want to apply for this position"? To what position? I thought *you* contacted me to tell me what exciting positions you have.
