I was scheduled for an interview with Asya Design, but when the designated time arrived, I received no call or communication. I reached out twice to inquire about the status or any potential rescheduling, yet I received no feedback whatsoever. This experience left me perplexed and disappointed, as clear and timely communication is essential for a positive candidate experience. I hope the company will review and improve its interview scheduling and follow-up processes in the future.
