Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela AT&T em set. de 2011
Entrevista
I applied online in August and received an email inviting me to a testing session on a Saturday afternoon. I had to take two tests, one was customer service/call center simulations, and the other was a technical aptitude test. There were about 20 people taking tests as well in the classroom. After you finished your test, you raised your hand and a facilitator walked you out. As they did so, they informed you whether or not you passed the tests. I passed and three weeks later a recruiter called to conduct a phone screening. She was very personable and the interview went well. She scheduled me for a face-to-face interview with a supervisor the next week. The interview was downstairs in the lobby of the building in the cafeteria. The supervisor had a printout of customer service scenario questions. A couple of the questions threw me, and I was unable to build a rapport with the supervisor.

It's always tough to go through an interview but the process was smooth. The interview was back in Novermber 2009 when I first accepted the position with AT&T. The interview process that I went through was less complex as those that are currently coming for interviews to work with the company.
