interview process was pretty easy just be yourself and make sure you smile. make sure you really listen to the questions and answer them completely. Knowing the limits are important talking to little is bad but also talking to long is bad as well. Any time you're giving an open ended question make sure you have details.

Tell me a time where you had a difficult customer?

Very detailed interview process, the manager Robin was tough. Throughout the process she gave me the toughest questions. I was called into the location to meet with her in person. We sat in her office and she was taking notes on what I was saying.

First interview was one on one. Second was a group interview. It was actually was really interesting. I have never had an interview like it. Seems to be a fun company to work for.
