The interview process was pretty quick and relaxed, not too many questions were asked. I was prepared for something much more complicated. All in all, it was great. An easy interview.

Entrevista
Applied online. Within a couple of days, a representative from the company invited us on to a "conference call" where we would learn more about the position, including job duties, hours, and benefits. If you weren't interested, you didn't have to progress any further. There were six of us on the call and everyone proceeded to set up a interview time.
We were sent instructions for the interview site, including the instruction that we text someone when we get there, as it was a secured environment. I arrived about 20 minutes early and sent the text, waiting in the lobby of a rather large office complex. The e-mail did not detail that you needed to walk through the building and access their level and then text. I waited in the lobby...no one texted me back or acknowledged my message. Finally, about two minutes before the interview, I called the number. Someone who sounded hassled by my call answered and retrieved me.
The interview was done with one person in the office and one person on speakerphone. I feel that its hard to get a good gauge on your performance in a setting like this. I was frazzled from being late and I felt I gave some poor answers.
