Applied online for the position and then waited for them to make phone contact which took about one month. Did an initial interview by phone and then was scheduled for an RJP (Real Job Preview) where your given an overview of what is expected of you in that position. After the RJP you do a 1-on-1 with one of the on-site managers who conduct the preview. After the RJP your told whether you've "made the cut" or not, at which time your told when training will begin.

Panel interview. Star format. 3 different interviews. 3 month hiring process. Drug test. Extensive background check. Contact five references. Five questions during interview. Six weeks training and on job training.

Entrevista
The interview process for me was quite simple. We had a zoom meeting where everyone selected for the position from various States were in attendance. The hiring manager described the job description and other related details about the position. And later, job offer was sent, if you accepted, then training details like location of the training, hotel accommodation etc. was sent to inbox.
