Tough!.. first even if your selected you will interview with the store manager prepare for a tough interview. if he/she likes you you will interview with the area sales manager which is the manager of the district. If they like you your final interview will be with the director of sales ! BE excited BE confident and hopefully you will get the job

It was a phone interview because I was not colocated with the hiring manager. It was with a panel of three managers. I was asked questions by all three of them.
