      Entrevista

      I applied online. Had a series of tests right after the initial application, all online. A few days later I received an email asking me to set up an interview time and date. Interview was very relaxed. My interviewer was dressed extremely casually/relaxed and made the interview very casual. A few questions about my computer/technical skills and some generic customer service questions. A couple days later I received another email telling me that I did well in the interview and that I was extended a conditional offer based on passing a background and drug test. Background took a couple days to finish up, and drug test needs to be done within 48 hours. After the background check finished, I was called by the staffing manager and extended a formal offer.

      None at all were difficult. Very easy and relaxed. Based on some of the experiences on here, mine seems to not be the norm. If you have any customer service experience, you should be fine.

      Entrevista

      I applied for AT&T on January 11th, did the assessment which took about one hour, and I then was scheduled a video one-on-one interview on January 13th. The interview was 5 situational based questions (Use the STAR format), employment history and then she told me about AT&T. After that, I checked the application status everyday until I got phone call on January 21st with an offer.

      Basic interview. Had to fill out a quiz that took 30 mins an passes immediately, then went on the webex interview that lasted about 15 mins. Got denied again and wasn’t told the reason why. I’m clearly fit for the job if I worked there 4 years ago. Att holds grudges…

      I had two rounds of interviews and it went quickly. The hiring managers were nice. They asked me about past experience, past situations, customer escalations, and why I wanted to work there.
