Interview was done by phone call, manager asked basic questions about ability and gave a vague job description. After 2 days I received a call back from the human resources department was offered a job. Human resources was unfamiliar with the functions of the job but helpful with the corporate functions of AT&T

one phone interview and I was in. typical behavioral interview, not too difficult. they called me and asked me behavioral questions, and I answered them. no in person interview needed. only interviewed with one person by phone.
