Was asked how I would rate performance of level one support representative, versus
level 2, and the fact that level 2 are expected to handle client's issues with better experience and performance and deliver results and achieve satisfaction.

Easy to pass first and second interviews. Have to be careful the information they provide at the initial filter bc it's used for the second interviewed. Bad part. They don't reach out to notify if you're not selected. Keep that in mind.

Entrevista
Two stages of the hiring process. The first interview is via phone call by the HR department and then if you passed, the second stage you will be interviewed by the Area Manager of the department itself.

I remember the interviewer (manager) asked about my strength and weakness and what is the most challenging thing I have faced and how I handle it. Other than that, they asked about my knowledge of the network.

Went to an Open House, was hired the same time. Very simple questions. I have nothing else to say, really. It was an entry level job. Dress nicely and bring your resume.
