Got to talk to a hiring manager, then i talked to the store manager. The hiring manager asked me questions about my previous sales experience, then the store manager wanted to meet me.

The store managers do not set up the interviews, they get set up at the corporate level and the info gets sent to the store managers. You interview at the store and then you will receive a call from a recruiter if you got the job.

easy and straightforward interview, just a standard dialogue to get to know if you're a culture fit. I don't think there was anything tricky about the interview. mostly a conversational dialogue.

Great interview process. Nothing felt forced within the interview. Open dialogue for perspective upon getting hired. Great recommendations as to different departments thats are within the company as well. Just be you and bring a smile!
