Was contacted by a recruiter. Tech lead gave me a call asking about the different wifi standards. Equipment need for a wifi network, i.e. wirless router or ap, ethernet switch, internet modem. Ask about the 7 lavers of OSI model and tcp/ip, dhcp and dns.

Phone interview, a few questions about our network. Not much else was asked as the majority of their level 1 managers have no management training, which would include interviewing skills. They were basically allowed to do whatever they wanted, which ultimately led to the downfall of the group.
