Process for the TDP program for the position of DATA ANALYST - after sending a resume, I was sent a 4-hour home test (required to open a camera).
I haven't heard from them in about 4 months. After 4 months, they sent me an automated email that I passed, with another homework assignment, and a link to get in for an interview (within a week). I chose a date for the interview and after a few days they contacted me and moved the interview to another date (a few days after the conversation). After all this, I got to an interview that lasted about an hour and a quarter, in which I presented the second homework assignment and was asked a few more technical questions and questions about my work experience. Mainly a strong feeling that the interviewer (although she was very nice) was not really interested in what I had to say.
It's a frustrating feeling to invest so much and end up being treated like this.

Overall good. Pretty standard and easy. First round is assessment, recruiter call, 1 round with 2 of the current team members and 1 with the managing director(final). First was entirely about the role and some standard questions and then it was technical and behavioral mix and then again a situational round with the director

there were three rounds of interviews for this position. The first was the hr screening, the second was technical, and then the third and final round was with the hiring manager. it was all virtual
