Entrevista
I had three one-on-one interviews with with different stakeholders. I was then taken for a lunch with several other members of the team. In the afternoon I met with my potential manager. This was then followed by and HR meeting post lunch, where I was explained the company benefits package.
I found the interviews varied depending on the interviewer. I had one that was an in depth probing of my abilities and experience, one that was a thorough company overview and the direction it was looking to go in. The others were more general discussion on what I could bring to the company and analysis of their current trends.
The process was challenging, in terms of meeting with several different people over several hours but everyone who I met with made me feel at ease and I felt this exposure gave me a good mix of the work I would do and the personalities who I would be working with.
