It was a Virtual interview (four questions that you answered via video) which was then followed by two in-person interviews. The timeline was quite short in that it was over a period of a few weeks.

The one-way interview came across as very cold and the opposite of ATB's value of putting people first. Effective interviews require a 2-way conversation. Recording yourself to answer interview questions does not accurately reflect your skills and experience; instead, it only shows how comfortable you are in front of a camera, which is not a skill required for the role. It was not a mutual fit on so many levels.

Entrevista
Initial communication was through a pre-screen interview via telephone. This was to confirm/clarify information in my resume. After this interview I met with two individuals from the team, one of which is my boss now. After the first face to face interview I met with the VP of our department and then the third interview was with the VP of the sales group. At each interview I was asked to provide my ideas about the role as well as behaviour based type questions regarding how I would handle staff situations.
