I was invited to an interview via a call, followed by a confirmation email. The interview itself was valuable and went pretty well. However, there were two issues. First, by the end, the interviewer mentioned they were looking for someone with more experience, even though they appreciated my mindset. Second, I never received a rejection or feedback email, despite sending a follow-up and being told I’d get a response with my status and feedback within a week.
