Absolutely awful! HR initial call was great, but then the interview with the managers/ team was terrible! The interviewers were not prepared and I don’t think he even looked at my resume. The call was not good at all, they didn’t even give me a chance to talk about my experience as PM at my previous company, right after I answered their questions about what I did for my current job as Accountant Manager, one of them said this is not what they are looking for, then I started to tell them my reason why I applied this role mainly because my experience at my previous job as PM, then they doubt about my pm works by asking whether or not PMI approved my work? I had to be the one explains to them about how PMI process the PMP exams, if your work is not approved by them then you can not even get your application approved for the exam, and my application got approved, my first attempt failed, I’m in the process of trying again. I had to end the call because at that point I do not want to work for such managers who quick judges and doesn’t even know much about the PMP process himself. He was not prepared, therefore he wasted not only my time but everyone else’s time who has been involved in the process. Absolutely unprofessional! Do not apply!
