Skype video call with team lead - Skype call with PHP team lead and senior software engineer. Pure technical questions. I had made a very basic mistake in one of the questions. Other than that all other questions were easy. Basic design and coding standard questions. approx 30min. Clearly, because of mistake, I made in the second interview, I am not selected. Which is reasonable because it is one of the basic OOPs concepts. Talented team and friendly HR. I have one suggestion though, With rejection email, it is better to include the reason for rejection in one or 2 sentences. The candidate might have spent some time for prepration, let him help learn something from it. , Other than that, overall good experience.
