This interview was one of the worst in my life. I was interviewed by two people. I even didn't hear hello from second person. After few minutes he started to ask questions on skype. He didn't have any experience on programming and I was questioned by him. In the beginning I thought he has knowledge about programming and what he was doing but later it turned out that he has no knowledge at all about the questions he asked. I am sure of it he downloaded the questions from one of website and if you answer the same as his "answer paper" on his desk, then it's ok... When I didn't understand the question I asked for more detailed explanation because questions were really general and each of these questions can be explained more than few hours. I will give few examples.. Interviewer : How do you rate your Java knowledge from 1-10 Me: In Java SE or EE ? Interviewer:In general Me : I'm sorry but I couldn't get it. Because they are not same. Interview: Ok I understand. So in general Me: Ok so 8 then Interviewer: Give me Examples for functional interface in Java Me: Runnable, ActionListener, Comparable Interviewer: No I am talking about functional interfaces Me: These are functional interfaces Interviewer: Hmmm... I am sure that it was not listed in his "answer paper" Please don't waste your time with these guys. It was really weird interview and don't work with such people...
