They basically ghosted me after a first interview. They said they would give feedback within 48 hours. Because I haven't heard back one week later, I tried to follow up via mail and never got an answer. The interview itself was ok, although the Hiring Manager didn't really create a pleasant atmosphere. She didn't really seem to like the company, told me that the workload is very high and that hiring managers often have unrealistic demands and create a lot of pressure.
