There was no discussion of real-world scenarios or coding challenges, and no focus on problem-solving or practical application. The interviewers seemed tired and disengaged, showing little interest throughout the process. Their lack of energy made it difficult to connect or have a productive conversation. After the interview, I followed up several times but received no feedback or response. The communication post-interview was nonexistent, leaving me frustrated and without closure. Overall, the process felt disconnected from actual work expectations, and the lack of professionalism in follow-up communication made it a negative experience. I recommend clarifying interview expectations beforehand if you're considering applying to AUTO1.
