I recently interviewed with AUTO1, and the experience was disappointing. The interview focused heavily on theoretical questions related to Java, Spring Boot, databases, and even Java EE servlets, which felt outdated and irrelevant. There was no discussion of real-world scenarios or coding challenges, and no focus on problem-solving or practical application.
The interviewers seemed tired and disengaged, showing little interest throughout the process. Their lack of energy made it difficult to connect or have a productive conversation.
After the interview, I followed up several times but received no feedback or response. The communication post-interview was nonexistent, leaving me frustrated and without closure.
Overall, the process felt disconnected from actual work expectations, and the lack of professionalism in follow-up communication made it a negative experience. I recommend clarifying interview expectations beforehand if you're considering applying to AUTO1.
