Applied online and received an invite for a phone screen. Interviewer was 10+ minutes late to the phone call, asked about my background and in the middle of my explanation interrupted me and when on a tangent about the company. Was rather difficult to develop rapport with this person throughout the call and by the end of it had no interest in pursuing the role further.
