Long interview process that stretched over many months despite being told "we need to hire really quickly" and many other "urgent" deadlines that never came to fruition. Interviewers weren't aware of who I had already interviewed with and didn't seem to have much to ask.

The first round went very smoothly. The interviewer arrived right on time and maintained a professional yet friendly demeanor throughout. They clearly explained the structure of the interview and were open to any questions I had, providing thoughtful and helpful responses. Overall, it was a positive and reassuring experience that gave me a good impression of the company and the role.
