Entrevista
Laid back. Asked few questions. Went over the process of financial advising. Took about 20 minutes. Went over how they give you material to obtain your series 66 and series 7 but do not get paid while doing so.
Very easy going interview. Actually learned a little about finances in it. Had one over phone call and then one in person interview. Nothing to far from the ordinary question wise.

Entrevista
3 stage after completing exams, First you will meet with the branch manager. This interview is fairly easy and you mainly talk about personal matters. Next you meet with his boss. Finally, you meet with the region manager, this interview is the most difficult, but they will basically hire anyone who passes the exams.
