sent in my CV, got invited for an interview with local team head, interview was a mix of motivational, competency and a couple technical, invited for a second interview and a quick test, offered the job a week later, whole process took 2-3 weeks

Two telephone interviews (one with the manager and two members of the team, the other one with a HR manager). HR interview was motivational oriented. The other one was a mix between a technical and a motivational one.
