Run! I had a terrible experience with the recruitment process throughout which they made false promises and wasted almost 3 months of my time. If this is how carelessly they treat their candidates, it's evident that they don’t treat employees any differently. My hiring process lasted nearly 3 months! I made it to the 3rd interview, which they kept postponing, and finally scheduled it over a month after the 2nd one. I had another offer pending so I told AXA that I needed to have the 3rd interview before the deadline to reply to my other offer. They promised me the interview would be well before this date, but finally contacted me a week after my deadline for the 3rd interview... I decided to proceed with the interview anyway, and they promised to give me a decision within 24 hours of my 3rd interview. Finally they emailed me 1 week later saying they need more time to think and promised to give me an answer by another date, a promise they broke again….2 weeks later I still don’t get a decision! Finally I called them and they told me they decided to cancel this position and are not hiring anybody! The person who interviewed me at my 3rd interview was cold and looked completely uninterested before I even started speaking. He also did not fully understand the position and asked me questions unrelated to it. The whole process was an unorganized nightmare. I regret all the time I naively wasted on this company...If they make false promises and disregard you as a candidate, it's evident that they wouldn't treat you any differently as an employee. I highly recommend anyone to stay away.
