I was interviewed for Mechanical Engineer position. I was asked regarding my Master's project and any experience related to my field. I was asked about my internship experience. I was asked whether I know Autodesk Inventor or AutoCad or not. Then they explained me the duties in details.

I interviewed with 2 separate engineering managers. The first interview started out with basic questions about my background and experience. It then progressed into a technical discussion on how I would design something. The interviewer really tried to get me off balance and throw curve balls. I think he was trying to see the way I think and how I handle problems. The second interview was very standard, experience based interview. The work environment seems very laid back. The company has several offices around the Houston area and I was told if I was hired I could choose the best location to office out of for where I live.
