Very standard interview, took approximately 30 minutes. Most of the question centered around my experience working with people with developmental disabilities and how I would handle various situations that could occur while working with such a person. The.interbiew took place with 2 program directors and was a very comfortable situation.

I was professionally interviewed by two Program Managers. During the interview the described the layout of the program and then asked about 7 questions that pertained to the position of Program Supervisor. They informed me that I would be on call for two weeks every two months as a part of the position.
