Really long and regress process. Out of 100's of applicants only 6 were selected for the job.
Managing director took a lot of time for reviewing our recordings. (12 days)
The whole selection process took 18 days.

Entrevista
The management was responsive, I applied online and a day later I recieved a call explaining me further steps.
They said that first I have to appear for a test at the nearest center which they arranged immediately. The test was little harder than JEE Mains but easier than Advanced level (applied for JEE advanced division).
Then next day they called me to give a 10 minutes demo, again at my nearest center, which they recorded and send for review at delhi HQ.
After a week or so I received a call asking me to visit delhi HQ for a final HR round and meeting with the director.
I was offered a similar salary as I was working with so I didn't join.
