Very disorganised, the person supposed to be interviewing wasn't in on the day the interview was scheduled. The practical element of the interview was actually a written test. During the interview, it came to light that the job was not what had been advertised. The headteacher was incredibly rude and condescending. No contact afterwards to inform me I hadn't got the job. Overall very unprofessional and a waste of time
