This was the most unprofessional interview experience of my career. I heard from the hiring manager within a couple weeks of applying and had a very positive phone interview with her. I then received an email from the recruiter the following day requesting an additional phone interview with another manager. After providing my availability and following up multiple times over a period of 2+ weeks, I received a request for a second phone interview with less than 24 hours notice. After the second interview, and again multiple follow ups over 3+ weeks with no response, they scheduled an 8 hour in person interview for a Tuesday (requiring a Monday flight) Friday night after business hours. I did not receive my interview schedule until I had boarded the plane to Dallas, and noticed it required a 15 minute presentation.... The interview itself went well and the team was very friendly and excited about the projects. The majority of the questions were behavioral or experience based. Very few technical questions. They seemed eager to find a personality to gel with the team over specific technical skills. Could be a great place to work if you can survive the recruitment process. I never received any communication post interview, despite multiple follow ups, and simple request for interview feedback when I had accepted I would not get the offer. I know this happens frequently, but it seems unprofessional to interview someone for 8 hours and not communicate the decision to them at any point. Also, as of now my travel reimbursement for the interview is 2 months later than promised....
