Interview consisted of questions about myself, how I work in a team, what I knew about the company along with a short aptitude test consisting of basic reading and maths questions

Can you name a time when you faced a challenge when working in a team and how you resolved this?
Very positive, really getting to know the person and not just ticking boxes. It was a graduate position and the expectations were more about having someone who was motivated to work and would fit with the work environment.
Phone screening followed by individual interview. Technical and behavioural mixed interview. Research the company and familiarise yourself with the company's values and products. STAR interview prep is advised. Recommend having some questions ready for the interviewer.

They asked me about my experience within the medical device industry.
After clearing the pre-screening test, you will get a call from HR. This would be your telephone interview. They will go through your CV and get to know about you. They will explain what they expect from you in the role and see if you have any questions after which they will schedule your interview with hiring manager.
