Interview was taken by HR, Marketing Head, Commercial Director, HR Head. HR asked basic questions on current role, salary etc. Marketing Head asked questions on current brand portfolio & campaigns. Commercial Director asked questions on skills & reasons to change.

3 rounds. HR business and marketing allied function. Lots of question on strategy and execution challenges faced in past. HR was well informed about the role requirements and asked relevant questions to the function.
