Phone screen and in person interview with the hiring manager and incumbent. Everyone was pleasant and easy to talk to. There weren't any trick questions or the dreaded "behavioral" interview questions. Interview was on April 25th and I was informed on June 11th that I was not selected after having followed up weeks before. Although I was not completely ghosted (as is the trend with most companies now), I feel the waiting time for notification was excessive and unthoughtful of the candidate. I am aware that thoughtfulness isn't a requirement but I just wanted to give other candidates a heads up so they aren't surprised if it happens to them.
