Interview process took a little over 1 week...First is a phone interview with HR Talent Acquistion Partner, Second is with your potential supervisor and 3rd/Final interview was a video interview (due to COVID-19). Overall the process was seamless, quick and easy. No issues at all.

Management spoke with me about the role of client services regarding drug test results. Mostly discussing how results are reported to clinics, employers and donors. How the role of the CSR is to provide the results to the employer through their reporting services.
