There was an initial interview with HR followed by a 2 panel session with team leaders. The job role involves synthesizing and testing biological reagents so most of the questions asked was to find out about my laboratory and technical expertise, and teamworking skills. The interviewers were very pleasant and made me feel at ease as it was my first interview after graduating from university.
