Met with Hiring Manager(Regional FM) and his boss (APAC FM), they were straightforward in asking me about my background, my decision to take on a job in FM and what I knew about it. They then asked me what I felt I could do in the job should I get it, before letting me know what the intern would be expected to do, and more. Would say that this job requires high independence and willingness to learn as it is extremely flexible and it mainly focuses on a good learning experience.
