Quick and efficient interviewing process, Enjoyed the experience. Still enjoy the role and the help I am able to help on a daily basis begin their careers. I would have like to see better communication, however this was due to a change in management/Re-organization of the department.

The process stated with a phone screen followed by face to face interview with multiple managers in the training department. Once this was completed you were brought back in to provide a presentation. the presentation was on a reprint that you could pick and deliver to a panel. This was followed by a third round of interviews and selections were made.
