I applied through a staffing agency and received an in-person interview from the manager. It was one-on-one. The manager asked me about my previous work experience and emphasized that the job was entry-level. After the interview, I received a call from the staffing agency that I was offered the job.

Very easy, the whole process was only two rounds. There was an initial recruiter screen then one interview with manager. Offer was extended a couple days after the second round.
