I was interviewed by 5 people. It was an in-depth interview and the interviewers were cordial and professional. I was told that it was fast-paced and that there was one other person in the office who served as an administrative assistant.

Applied online. A month later I received a no-reply decline email. A week after that email, a recruiter (from a verified Abbott email) reaches out to me stating she had reviewed my resume and wanted to invite me to take a virtual screen, as the first part of the hiring process. Also stating that last week, she sent me a link to complete this screen. This was odd because I only received a decline email. I double checked my spam folder and logged into the portal again to double check. There was nothing but a decline. I responded to the recruiter informing her of this but excited to hear I was being considered and requested the link be resent to complete the one way phone screen. The recruiter did not respond. By the end of the week, I follow-up again and heard nothing. How very considerate to dangle the carrot and then ghost me. I won't apply here again.
