3 stage process. 1. Phone call with a member of HR team for a 'get to know you' type session. Some basic interview questions involved, mostly involving background knowledge and experience. 2. More formal interview with potential team leader. Involved more typical interview style questions integrated with some conversation that allowed for the interviewer and the interviewee to get to know each other. 3. Formal interview with team leader and two other superiors followed by a 20 minute presentation on digital asset management.
