D'abord, j'ai postulé sur Indeed (cv et lettre de motivation). On m'a rappelé pour effectuer un entretien téléphonique. Suite à ça, j'ai obtenu un entretien avec la direction marketing et les ressources humaines au siège.

Cold office, spend a lot of my own time circa 5 hours in total to accommodate this employment demand i.e. test, informations, given a lot of personal details, even after collection of my details , I spent 2.5 hours been almost interrogate by police, the response was not up to standard, 1 week later the decision to hire was overturned by an internal advisor CIMA advisor. My view of this company is quite a drop back to your career if you are an experienced accountant looking to add value to stakeholders..

I had a 20 mins talk with the hr about the questions of the portfolio and past working experiences and took a working task to test my illustrator and photoshop skill right after the interview. It was easy as it is for a part-time internship.
