First round of interviews was pre recorded through MAKI assessments. 12 minute man/analytical thinking test + 6 interview questions with a 120 second max time. Process was simple but stressful. 30 seconds to prepare your answers and only one take.

Numerical reasoning test is hard I studied and it was still hard. Other than that it was easy this was the first round haven’t heard back yet. The actual interview wasnt tough just be yourself.

I heard back after applying for a day-- so pretty quick!. Initially, I had to do a HireVue-like video to answer questions, and it was casual. Still in the process, though.

I did the video interview which was was four short behavioral questions. You had no retakes and 30 seconds to read the question. I believe it was 2 minutes to answer the question. Overall very easy to prepare beforehand as they are standard behavioral questions.
